In
response to student requests, the Writing Center is excited to offer a new
workshop that focuses on editing strategies English language learners can
employ independently.
Our
language specialist will cover the following topics: the comparative weight of accuracy vs. other concerns (according to about faculty concerns), identifying "must-edit" passages according to organizational conventions, ways to be clear that have nothing to do with grammar, and an online self-editing tool.
