Award winning writer and New York Times journalist Paul Greenberg,
author of Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Food and American
Catch: The Fight for Our Local Seafood is giving a public talk on his work
at 6 pm in Davis Auditorium on Thursday, December 10. In American
Catch, Greenberg sets out to answer a simple -yet troubling -question: why
aren't Americans eating American seafood? This talk is also open to
the community as well as a college wide audience.
