This
year’s event will shine a spotlight on the intergenerational legacy of
Skidmore’s Hispanic community with voices like student leader David Aybar ’26
and his mother, alumna Gloribel Cruz ’98. Alongside other distinguished alumni
and faculty, the panel will reflect a broad span of experiences—across student
leadership, community engagement, scholarship, advocacy, and professional
fields—showcasing the richness of Skidmore’s Hispanic and Latinx community.
