This class is free and open to all levels (beginner to
advanced). It consists of yoga postures (asana), breath work
(pranayama), extended relaxation (savasana), and a short guided
meditation.
Kim Beekman is Skidmore's Coordinator of Spiritual Programs. She
is currently rolling out skidMORE MINDFULness and serves as our
in-house instructor. Kim is a 200hr certified yoga teacher, a certified
Ayurveda wellness counselor, and has extensive experience and training in
meditation.
