This class is free and open to all levels (beginner to
advanced). It consists of yoga postures (asana), breath work
(pranayama), extended relaxation (savasana), and a short
breathing meditation.
Class is led by one of our two 200hr
yoga certified Skidmore students: Daphne Feller or Julia Karp.
