This fitness class is a combination of Cardio, Boxing. It aims to improve your strength, aerobic fitness, endurance, speed, coordination, and flexibility. Boxing training involves all of your body muscles so you should expect a great amount of sweat but great results as well. The routines are different every time to keep your body guessing and pushing further. We will utilize heavy bags, shadow boxing, speed punching, cardio and aerobic exercises, stretching, and much more. 


Event is open for all Skidmore students, faculty, and staff.
