The Carlo Aonzo Trio presents a variety of Italian musics, arranged with their unique personal style. They made a real trip around the world presenting a wide variety of musical genres highlighting the release of their first album “A Mandolin Journey”. The band features Carlo Aonzo on the Italian mandolin, Lorenzo Piccone on the guitar and Luciano Puppo on the double bass. This tour and their new recording focuses on the roots of the Italian music enriched by the flavor and uniqueness of the Carlo Aonzo Trio sound: swing, jazz, elaborated rhythms strongly influenced by North and South American elements interacting with classical, folk music and movie soundtracks. Their show is animated by stories and anecdotes that introduce each selection with lively and informative setting.
