The Suzuki Company of Toga, Japan
presents this pinnacle of the Greek tragedies. Named for its founder, Tadashi
Suzuki, SCOT Company celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2015 and has
performed in 84 cities and 31 countries world-wide. Tadashi Suzuki is the
founder of Japan’s first international theater festival (Toga) and the creator
of the Suzuki Method of Actor Training. He and Anne Bogart co-founded the SITI Company,
originally known as the Saratoga International Theater Company.
