Event Details - African Contemporary Class

I’m a born Namibian living in South Africa and my art is a reflection of my heritage.  My style is a combination of African dance with a Modern Contemporary touch which is fashioned with a Namibian and South African flair.  I am a strong choreographer and a passionate performer that loves to interact with my audience on an intimate and personal level.  This requires a lot of honesty which is vividly expressed through raw emotion and creativity. 

Dancing is our way of healing by staging our inner most dark secrets that can only be performed and not told and it is my journey to write our hurts through dance in the hope of healing.  As long as you have a story to tell you have the ability to dance.
