Troy-based singer-songwriter Olivia

UpBeat on the Roof is an eclectic series of free concerts on the Tang rooftop showcasing regional musicians. The series takes place every Friday, July 1 through August 26 from 7pm to 8pm. The concerts are indoors during inclement weather.
