Please join us
this Friday, October 21, at 8pm in Filene Hall
for a staged reading of a new adaptation of
Sophocles' Antigone.
Tickets are free - no reservations required.
Seating is first-come, first-served.
This modern
reimagining of the play repositions the ancient story within a contemporary
context. It adds questions about queer expression and the rise of white
nationalism to the story of a young woman who wants to bury her brother's
remains but is legally forbidden from doing so.
