Skidmore in Concert is a free, public series that showcases the excellence of our Music Department and celebrates the vibrancy of our shared artistic community.
Skidmore Chorus presents an evening of compelling choral music featuring Mozart’s Requiem and Caroline Shaw’s To the Hands. The Skidmore Orchestra joins the chorus for Mozart’s Requiem, conducted by Georgia Mills. Floydd Ricketts conducts Shaw’s To the Hands, a work that blends contemporary and baroque styles and reflects on themes of displacement and human connection.
