Join Scott Kellogg, Educational Director at the Radix Ecological Sustainability Center based in Ablany, NY for a mushroom growing workshop at the Skidmore Community Garden. Attendees will get a crash course in mushroom growing, and have a chance to innoculate logs that will later grow mushrooms for the Murray-Aikins Dining Hall.
